To purchase a game, simply browse our catalog, select the game you want, and click "Add to Cart". Once you've added all desired items to your cart, proceed to checkout, select your payment method, and complete the purchase.

We accept major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and cryptocurrency (Bitcoin, Ethereum). All transactions are securely processed and your payment details are not stored on our servers.

Digital games are available immediately after purchase. You can download and start playing right away once the payment is confirmed. The download speed will depend on your internet connection and the size of the game.

Yes! When purchasing a game, select "Purchase as Gift" at checkout. You'll be asked to enter the recipient's email address and an optional message. The recipient will receive an email with instructions on how to redeem the gift. If they already own the game, they can decline the gift, and you'll receive a refund.

Account & Security

Click on "Forgot Password" on the login page, enter your email address, and follow the instructions sent to your email to reset your password. If you don't receive the email, check your spam folder or contact our support team.

We recommend using a strong password, enabling two-factor authentication, and never sharing your account credentials with others. Regularly check your account activity for any suspicious logins and update your password periodically.

Two-factor authentication (2FA) adds an extra layer of security to your account. When enabled, you'll need both your password and a verification code sent to your mobile device to sign in. This prevents unauthorized access even if someone knows your password.

Refunds & Returns

We offer refunds for games purchased within the last 14 days and played for less than 2 hours. Some restrictions may apply to certain products, such as in-game purchases or consumable content.

Go to your purchase history, select the game you want to refund, and click the "Request Refund" button. Follow the instructions to complete your refund request. Refunds are typically processed within 1-3 business days, and the money will be returned to your original payment method.

If the gift hasn't been redeemed yet, you can request a refund as the purchaser. If the gift has been redeemed, the recipient will need to request the refund, subject to the same 14-day and 2-hour playtime policy.

Games & Technical Issues

After purchasing a game, go to your library, find the game, and click the "Download" or "Install" button. The game will be downloaded and installed automatically. You can track the progress from your downloads page.

First, verify that your system meets the minimum requirements. Try updating your graphics drivers and restarting your computer. If the issue persists, check our support articles for game-specific troubleshooting or contact our technical support team.

Games are updated automatically by default when you launch them. You can also manually check for updates in your game library by selecting the game and clicking "Check for Updates". To change your update preferences, go to Settings > Downloads.
