After purchasing a game, go to your library in your account dashboard. There you'll find all your owned games with a download button. Click the button to start the download process. The game will be downloaded to your default location, which you can change in your account settings.

We accept various payment methods including credit/debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and cryptocurrency (Bitcoin, Ethereum). All transactions are securely processed and your payment details are not stored on our servers.

Our refund policy allows you to request a refund within 14 days of purchase if you've played less than 2 hours. To request a refund, go to your order history in your account, find the game you want to refund, and click the "Request Refund" button. Fill out the form with your reason for the refund, and we'll process your request within 1-3 business days.

To reset your password, click on the "Forgot Password" link on the login page. Enter the email address associated with your account, and we'll send you a password reset link. Click the link in the email and follow the instructions to create a new password. If you don't receive the email, check your spam folder or contact our support team.

Yes, you can gift games to friends! When purchasing a game, select "Purchase as Gift" at checkout. You'll be asked to enter the recipient's email address and an optional message. The recipient will receive an email with instructions on how to redeem the gift. If they already own the game, they can decline the gift, and you'll receive a refund.
